Tomaso Mannu, also known as the Mensch Chef, is a culinary mastermind and food innovator. He grew up in Sardinia, before moving to London at 19, and has worked with some of the best chefs in the world, including David Munoz. Today, Tomaso is a development chef consultant by day and content creator by night. He shares pro tips, recipes and his own experience with his 700k+ followers to help drive the shift towards a sustainable living, led by taste, style and fun.
